Purpose and information processed
We process the name, contact details, organisation, job title and information provided in an email or telephone enquiry to respond, clarify the professional requirements and, where relevant, prepare a contract.
Legal basis
Steps taken at the individual’s request before entering into a contract are based on Article 6(1)(b) GDPR. Other professional enquiries are handled under Article 6(1)(f), on the basis of the legitimate interest in responding and maintaining business communications.
Retention
Enquiry correspondence is normally retained for no longer than one year after the relationship ends. Where a contract, accounting obligation or legal claim applies, the retention period relevant to that obligation takes precedence.
How the website works
The Rebaroq website has no contact form, newsletter subscription or its own visitor analytics. Email and telephone links open the visitor’s email application or device calling function. The email address listed on this website is hosted by Rackhost Zrt. Messages are transmitted and stored through that email service; within Rebaroq, they are accessible to those handling the enquiry.
Your rights and complaints
Subject to the applicable conditions, you may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction and data portability, and object to processing based on legitimate interests. Send requests to the email address above; we normally respond within one month. You may complain to the Hungarian National Authority for Data Protection and Freedom of Information (NAIH) or seek a judicial remedy.
Website access and hosting
Hosting is provided by Rackhost Zrt. The hosting provider may process technical logs, such as IP address, time, requested path and browser information, for secure operation.
