I have worked in property and urban development for twenty-five years. My experience ranges from individual buildings and heritage restoration to large development sites and strategies for entire districts and cities.
This includes feasibility studies, architectural design and site preparation for hospitality, logistics, industrial, retail and residential projects.
Architectural quality and commercial foundations
For each site, I assess what can be built, where market demand exists and which uses fit the location. Planning and architectural possibilities are considered alongside expected costs, revenues and the impact on the surrounding area.
The aim is to prepare commercially sound projects that improve their surroundings and remain useful over the long term. During implementation, I keep cost, architectural quality and sustainable operation in view.

I personally lead Rebaroq’s assignments, coordinating development objectives, design tasks and commercial considerations.
